Wholesale Lash Extensions With No Minimum Order

If you've shopped wholesale lash extensions, you've hit the wall: the pricing looks good, and then you find the minimum order quantity.
Ten trays per variant is common. Some suppliers want more. And because a minimum is almost always applied per variant rather than per order, the number gets ugly fast.
What a minimum order actually costs you
Say you want a modest classic kit — two curls, one diameter, six lengths. That's C and D in 0.07, in 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, and 14mm. Twelve variants. Nothing exotic; that's a working artist's basic map.
At a ten-per-variant minimum, that's 120 trays to stock a starter range.
You didn't want 120 trays. You wanted 12. The other 108 are sitting in a drawer, and you paid for them up front, before you knew whether the product performs on your clients.
Now add a second diameter. Or a curl for your clients with straighter natural lashes. Each addition multiplies against the same minimum.
That's the real cost of a minimum order: not the price per tray, but the capital you've committed to a supplier you haven't tested yet.
"No minimum" isn't always no minimum
Before you take the phrase at face value, check for the three places a minimum usually hides:
Free shipping thresholds. If shipping is $12 and free over $150, you have a $150 minimum. It just isn't called one.
Tiered pricing. Plenty of suppliers will happily sell you one tray — at a price that isn't wholesale. If the good rate only starts at 50 units, the advertised entry price is decoration.
Approval gates with volume requirements. Some wholesale programs require proof of a certain purchase history or business size before they'll approve you. That's a minimum applied to your business rather than your cart.
A genuine no-minimum program means: buy one tray, at the wholesale price, on your first order.
What to ask before you commit
- Is the wholesale price the same on one tray as on a hundred?
- Is there a shipping threshold, and what does shipping cost below it?
- Is there an approval process, and what does it require?
- Can I try the product before committing to any quantity?
- Where is this produced, and do you hold stock from one consistent source? (A supplier rotating between factories can't guarantee that tray twelve matches tray one.)
That last question matters more than the price. Lot-to-lot inconsistency is the expensive failure — it shows up mid-appointment, costs you chair time, and turns into a free fill. Note that plenty of excellent lash brands don't own a factory; what separates them is whether they stay with one production source and hold their own inventory, or chase whoever is cheapest that quarter.

The catalog runs 236 SKUs: five curls (J, B, C, CC, D) in lengths from 7 to 16mm. Classic in 0.07, 0.15, and 0.20. Volume in 0.03 and 0.05, in black and brown. Orders ship from Everett, Washington, typically within 3 to 5 business days.
Two things worth saying plainly, because this post just argued for transparency:
Pro Access does have an application. Approval requires a valid lash technician license, which we verify during review. It's a credential check, not a volume check — we're not asking what you've spent, only that you're licensed.
We have a free shipping threshold at $75. By the standard set earlier in this post, that is a soft minimum, and it would be dishonest not to name it. The difference is that the $8 Pro price applies at one tray, not at $75 — the threshold affects your shipping cost, not your unit price.
We don't carry every diameter. Our classic range runs 0.07, 0.15, and 0.20 — if you map in 0.10 or 0.12, we don't have it yet. Better you know now than after you've applied.
